Creation and Customization Process
What is the design process like? Once the order is placed, our artists begin the taxonomic interpretation of your pet. Within 2 to 4 business days, you will receive a digital sketch in your email so you can check that everything is perfect before we send it to production.
Can I request changes to the sketch?
Yes. The value of exclusivity includes a revision phase. We believe in precision, so you will have one round of adjustments to refine small aesthetic details (typography or background tone) before printing.
This session is designed to fine-tune nuances, always relying on the judgment and artistic experience of Zarpalia, so it does not cover the complete recreation of the work from scratch. With your approval, the sketch will go directly to production to immortalize its legacy.
What if I want to use a different photo after seeing the sketch? The artwork is based on the photograph you upload when placing the order. If, after receiving the sketch, you decide to change the original photo for a new one, this will be considered a new project and will incur an additional design cost, as it implies starting the process from scratch.
What if my photo isn't good enough quality? Don't worry. If our team believes that the image will not allow for a finish worthy of a €149 piece, we will contact you immediately to advise you or ask for a new one before starting work.
Quality and Premium Materials
Why do you print on Aluminum Dibond? We seek maximum distinction. Unlike paper, 3mm Aluminum Dibond does not bend, does not yellow, and offers a deep matte finish that eliminates reflections. It is the material used by art galleries for pieces that must last for generations.
Is the artwork delivered ready to display? Absolutely. Each piece from the "Legacy" series includes a solid wood rear frame system. Upon receipt, you will only have to choose the place of honor on your wall and hang it. No additional frames, with a minimalist and robust style.
Shipping and Commitment
How long will my order take to arrive? The estimated time, from when you place the order until it arrives at your home, is 7 to 12 business days. This time includes the design creation, your approval phase, artisanal printing, and insured shipping.
What happens if the piece is damaged during transport? Zarpalia travels in high-strength packaging. However, if the product arrives with any damage, send us a photograph within the first 24 hours of receipt. We will take care of manufacturing and sending you a new piece at no cost to you.
Can I cancel or return my order? As this is a work created exclusively for you with your pet's name and image, returns due to a change of mind are not accepted. However, remember that you have full control during the digital sketch approval phase.
